Yes, both Alle and Aspire are free to have and use. We often have clients sign up for both!

Your provider will redeem and apply points to your account after treatments.

Yes, points can expire based on your “level” of rewards. Some levels (typically for members who spend a certain amount on their products/services per year) do NOT have an expiration.

For Alle (Botox and Juvederm fillers), points will accrue immediately. You can then apply built up points towards syringes of filler, units of botox, and even SkinMedica skincare products.
For Aspire, (Dysport and Restylane fillers) you must wait 90 days between appointments to have points applied to your account.
